We can accept most products for maternity, babies and young children up to four years old. This includes (but is not limited to): Children’s clothing up to size ‘4 years’ or ‘4-5 years’ Shoes up to UK junior size 11 Any maternity or nursing clothing, nursing bras and postnatal supplies Toys, games and books suitable for children aged 0-4 Sleeping equipment like cots, moses baskets, sleep sacks, baby monitors Travel equipment like pushchairs, baby carriers Feeding equipment like high chairs, bibs, baby crockery, feeding pillows, breast pumps, bottles Hygiene equipment like baby baths, changing equipment Nursery decor, storage and babyproofing equipment Items do not need to be in perfect condition, or from a particular brand, but they must be clean, safe, and legal to sell in the UK. To keep our stock safe and legally compliant, we cannot accept: Car seats Safety helmets (e.g. bike helmets) Any children’s clothes with a hood cord Any counterfeit items Items that have been subject to safety recalls or that do not meet current UK safety standards

Clothes must be freshly washed (unless brand new with tags); toys and other items must be clean. If you have them, include instructions, original packaging and all component parts. Set up an account on our Circle-Hand client portal. You will need to enter your name, email address and payout preference.  If you would like your payout by bank transfer, please include your account name, sort code and account number when prompted.  If you choose store credit we will add an extra 10% to the value of your payout. Bring your items into the shop and give them to a member of staff, who will make a note of your name and email address, and will count the number of items you have brought in. Usually we decide how to price items, but if you have any high value items that you would like to request a minimum price for, please tell the member of staff.

We will check your items are safe and in clean, saleable condition. If any of your items do not meet our standards we will contact you. We will sort, grade and price your items and place them out for sale. Items are priced based on new prices, condition and market price. We will log the items on your Circle-Hand account. When any items sell, you will be notified by email through Circle-Hand. You can log into your Circle-Hand account at any time to check how many of your items have sold.  You will receive a percentage of the selling price: 25% for each individual item sold for between £0.01-£29.99 30% for each individual item sold for between £30.00-£39.99 40% for each individual item sold for £40.00 or more These percentages may change in future. We will always honour the proportion advertised at the time you submitted your items. You can request payment of your share of the selling price through the Circle-Hand client portal. You can request a bank transfer or store credit when you set up your Circle-Hand account (if you change your mind just let us know). If you select store credit we will add an extra 10% to the value of your payout. Store credit will be available to spend immediately. Bank transfers will be made within one month of the request. We will keep your items on sale for three months, although we may extend this if we think the item might sell given more time (e.g. for seasonal items). While we will try to secure a fair price for all items, we may reduce prices at our discretion, including discounting items to clear stock.

If you give us any items that we cannot sell (due to cleanliness, safety or legality), or that do not sell within the time assigned (usually three months), we will contact you via the email address linked to your Circle-Hand account. If you would like your items back, you can collect them from our shop within one week. Do let us know within this week if there are any extenuating circumstances preventing you from collecting your items. If you have not collected your items or contacted us within one week of us notifying you, we will dispose of your items as appropriate. We will always try to ensure items are used again, so may offer them for free to customers, upcyclers, local charities, nurseries, baby banks or other good causes, depending on the item. We may also upcycle uncollected items at our own expense for future sale.
