About us
Selling with us
The shop is under development and will be opening in Summer 2026. We will update our social media accounts and this website with a specific opening date nearer the time.
Our shop is located at Unit 16, Cross Keys Shopping Centre, Queen Street, Salisbury SP1 1EY. We're between Subway and Sarum Guitars.
The shopping centre can be found to the East of Salisbury's Market Square, with entrances on Winchester Street and Queen Street.
The closest railway station is Salisbury, 0.7 miles away, and there are several bus stops on Blue Boar Row.
There are a number of Council car parks serving Salisbury city centre. Salt Lane and Brown Street car parks are within 5 minutes' walk.
If you need to drop off or collect something large (e.g. furniture), we can give you access to our loading bay - please ask instore.
Everything we sell is sourced from the local community: local families that have brought their items to us to sell. When you shop with us, money goes directly to those people.
We don't buy in any new products. However, we may have 'as new' items, for example unwanted gifts or purchases that didn't fit.
We have perform safety checks on all products before they are put on sale, with special checklists for clothes, toys, electricals, prams & pushchairs, playpens, highchairs, cots & moses baskets, baby walkers and bicycles. These checks cover UK legal safety requirements for these products.
We also advise that our customers always check items are safe before giving them to a child, whether the items are second hand or not.
The safety of your children is our priority, so we do not sell preloved car seats as their safety cannot be assured. The UK government and Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents strongly advise that car seats are not sold second hand as the structural integrity can be compromised by accidents and damage may not be visible. The same applies to safety helmets (e.g. bike helmets) so we do not sell these either.
For babies we stock clothes labelled from "Tiny baby" or "Newborn" to "age 4" or "age 4-5". In children's shoes we do up to UK junior size 11, as this roughly corresponds to age 4-5.
We accept all sizes of maternity and nursing clothing but it must be clothing specially designed for maternity or nursing.
We don't currently accept larger children's clothes sizes. We'd love to be able to cover all sizes one day, but we have to start somewhere!
